Legal Entity Change

Dear Mysterium VPN Users,

When you signed up for Mysterium VPN, you accepted our Terms of Service, which created an agreement between you and UAB “MN Technologijos” (legal entity code 304869871, registered office at 21A Konstitucijos Ave., LT-08130, Vilnius, Lithuania). You may also have provided consent for the processing of your personal data.

As part of a transfer of business, effective 1 January  2025, all rights and obligations under your agreement, as well as any consents you have provided, are assigned to MN Intelligence UAB (legal entity code 307039286, registered office at 1 Aludarių St., Vilnius, Lithuania). From that date, MN Intelligence UAB will become your new service provider.

This change will not affect your service, which will continue without interruption.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at help@mysteriumvpn.com. Starting 1 January 2025, MN Intelligence UAB will be available to handle all inquiries and support requests.
